New on here so bare with me.

Massive fan of bbq as my dad originates from Guyana so he has all the knowledge to pass down :D

Growing up weve used all type of bbq, but not gas grills - that aint no bbq! and found all to have certain benefits to them.

So my dad embarked on producing the finest bbq ever created, attention to detail and design are second to none, everything has been gone over with a fine tooth comb!!! and he eventually came up with a barbecue that simply oozes quality and performance.

He has all family bbq sauce recipies dating back to the buccan era thats where his name for the barbecue came from with a uk twist ... bukcan

Looks like this site is going to be fun :D :D

Hello and welcome, I love the website, everything appears to be free, maybe you want to change the prices???? Or do I get a freebie for spotting this? ;) You may be surprised at some of the definitions of BBQ on the forum, and a lot of the members count gas BBQs amongst our collections. Admittedly it's generally not for low n slow smoking but they have their uses

Hi Collyweed,

You're right Mate, gas is like pulling your cooker out of the kitchen and then into the garden!

Looking forward to checking out some Guyanese recipes 8-)

Cheers,
