hello from me

Postby easy now andy » 16 Apr 2012, 19:22

hello people. who's for a drink then? virtual card behind the bar and all that. :)

with a lifelong love of fire and meat and a childhood spent in texas sooner or later i knew the call of serious bbq would find me somewhere like this place. :D

i've been bbq'ing (grilling) for a long time, always on charcoal never on gas. i've got a twin grill half drum, a chimnea and a firepit but as i got myself a meat grinder/sausage maker for my birthday i've just got to build a smoker now. home made kielbasa anyone? anyway some searching on reverse draw and UDS smokers brought me here.

i love cooking, but really love cooking outdoors with beer and fire! southern style bbq (ribs/brisket etc), tandoori fish, homemade burgers, turkish kebabs, spatchcock game, well anything really.
