Haha - I'll try to dig out or take some pics.
The Turkish Rotissary is really simple - basic oblong shallow charcoal pan with a variable height setting foe the rotissary bar which is driven by a simple electric motor. I bought it on ebay about 5 or 6 years ago and it's great.
My brother-in-law made me an oil drum type babecue with a couple of fixed cooking levels around 18 years ago. That one eventually rusted through and we are on to the mk 2 - essentially the same thing but with two side by side chambers, two shelves in each which gives me 4 cooking/warming areas so it's a bit more controllable. I can just about get a whole sirloin on the main grill and use the secondary chamber for stuff like prawns, satay etc. I can also slow cook on the top shelf.
He's currently building me a mk 3 which will be almost the same but slightly larger.
All my stuff is simple - nothing flash - just been modified over the years as I've gained experience.
Thanks for the interest though!
Cheers
