Hi, nice to meat you all!!!

Postby hotcoles » 16 Jun 2012, 09:30

Hi Everyone!

Am working for a friend on his BBQing crew and thinking of setting up alone. Now I've been studying the art of BBQ and smoking and direct fire and pit cooking and I'm totally totally hooked, I just wish the weather would let up and give me a chance to try some new stuff!!

Well, I'm sure you'll hear from me as I try and figure this whole business thing out, and looking forward to gaining some advice!

Thanks
Hotcoles!

Yup, welcome aboard. Shame the ship isn't moving - all the fuel has been acquired for the on-deck smokers. :D
