Hello,

I am a long term griller and began smoking last year when my friend and fellow BBQ enthusiast got The Tennessee Smoker Charcoal Barbecue from Landmann. We intitially had all sorts of problems regulating heat but after much revision and practice have managed to get some alright results with various dishes.

Excited that I have found a community of fellow bbqers and look forward to using the site.

Also roll on summer!!!!!!!
