hello
i'm pretty new to smokers i have only just finished building a uds and i am itching to try it out
i attended the judging training course today and had the privalage to taste some wonderful bbq food expertly prepared by toby and steve, thanks guys. i was able to try foods that i had never tried before .i now have an idea of how much there is to learn about smoking meat
also it was nice to meet some other bbq enthusiasts and i hope to bump into them again
and thank you to the other guys who helped explain the finer points of competitive bbq cooking and you have to excuse me as i have a terrible memory for names

Hahahahah

Well here's an update for ya, managed against all the odds to fight off redundancy, so well happy on that front :D
The bairns are still in hibernation but starting to stir, Bertie and Kelly have made it as far as the decking not so the youngest lil' Henry, he just refuses to come out of the shed....
Once I can get a confirmed roster and a promise from the sun gods i will plan a celebratory date for the Bruvva's 8-)
