but my top restaurant and the moment it is Pitt Cue

The beef ribs were amazing, such a deep bark but red in the middle and melt in the mouth, last time we went they had a "Jowl Stumpet" on, it was pulled jowl meat, covered in bread crumbs and deep fried into a crockett... it was one of the most tastiest things ever! Their potato skins are the best you'll ever have... the skins are left over from the bone marrow mash they make and then they add pulled pork in they own sauce with a little cheese and sour cream... and something that makes them all most additive... the cook book has just been released, its worth a look.
