Avid BBQ fan from Stow on the Wold.
Eventually got a Pro-Q Frontier at Christmas, first smoke was a brisket with salt & pepper rub, oak smoked and after a lot of flapping around it turned out a treat. Next one is an 18lb turkey when the brother in law returns frm Afghan in a fortnight, just hope my maverick turns up by then and an empty water dish lets me hold 325 for long enough !
