Hello everyone, I'm relatively new to BBQ (I have been grilling since I could walk, but never knew what the lid was for!)
I'm currently doing everything on a Weber One Touch Premium, but I am building a wood fired oven next month and I'm going to invest in a smoker this year before (hopefully) fabricating one next year.
I've made five batches of ketchup in the last two weeks, none of which were particularly good, but they did turn out a nice bbq sauce.
I love experimenting and eating and beer.
