Hi, complete newbie to any standard of BBQing.
I'm backhander from bristol, big rugby fan, ex army commando, now a consulting engineer (M&E). I'm into mountain biking and getting in the gym.
I've been getting by on a weber compact until my lovely wife bought me a small WSM and now I plan to scour these forums to learn as much as I can. Hoping to turn out some good food for her birthday BBQ next week. Failing "good", passable will do!
