Stumbled across this forum whilst using a popular search engine rhyming with shtoogle, to research my next grill purchase (of which I will post a thread with some related questions separately).
Little bit about me: Fairly competent direct griller with some experience of correct meat selection for burgers etc. Love the sound of chicken sizzling and sausages. Have had one intrepid adventure into smoking ribs with hickory (used too much of it and the ribs were quite bitter - snake method: started with too many coals and the fire was too hot too lol).
Grills I own: Currently I have a Weber Q240 Electric (some may judge but I love this thing!) and a Weber Jumbo Joe 47cm portable (modified to include temp gauge from an early gas Q). Am looking to procure a gas grill next.
