A Good Day to Y'all!

My name is George. Co-Owner of a BBQ Style Outdoor Company called Nyama Catering. To Date I've been using this site as a great source of bbq-info. Thanks to all of your contributions. I thought it best to stop being a info-parasite and will hopefully be able to contribute to this great hub of BBQ info as well.
