I live in Hull (City of Culture 2017) ..

I've been 'smoking' for approx 18 months now on a Bradley 4 rack and lately on a Weber kettle, it has been challenging to get it right, but my family say's it's great and far better than the smoker/rib establishments that have sprung up lately in this area, but they would wouldn't they

When I do retire I'm very keen on the idea of starting a small mobile business to serve up the good stuff at nearby events/shows/festivals etc. But to get a good quality product I'm seriously considering importing either an ABS (American Barbecue System) Pit-Boss or Judge, or a Yoder competition smoker, has anybody got any insight/experience of these?
