Hello from the Wirral

Postby BBQDan » 17 Jan 2015, 13:19

Afternoon everyone,

New to the forum but have been using an offset for the last couple of years. Slowly improving my game...

Use a ProQ Trailblazer with some of the standard mods (sealed gaps / overturned charcoal plate / bricks) and made my first charcoal basket last year. ProQ is the new thing I'm looking forward to trying in the next couple of weeks (arrived this week) and also need to get around to extending the chimney tube.

Mainly have been doing ribs (321), pork butt and flat brisket.

Spent the last few weeks really wanting to get out there so hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can get back to getting my smoke on...
