Hi, My name is Julian and I have been trying to master and improve my BBQ skills for quite a few years!
Equipment outdoors include an offset smoker and a large Baligrill (from Denmark)plus a really old kettle BBQ. Also have a Nordic stove top smoker - I know that this is not a purist outdoor cooker but there are those days when the british weather lets us down and some ribs or brisket can't wait.

Wish I had found the site years ago!
Have already had a good look at the Goulden's site and will be in touch with Paul very soon - have relied on a local tree guy for supplies that go into a wood burning stove and occasionally pick out bits that I think will be ok for the smoker.
Info and advice always welcome.
Julian
