Hi Steve here, slowly getting to grips with my new Brinkmann smoker, I haven't been disappointed with anything yet and with a mod to lift the grate things are getting better and better need to find some better brisket rubs and something for pork

Last Sunday morning early start gammon soaked in pineapple juice and silverside with salt garlic and pepper rub
