Always had regular charcoal and gas BBQ's but had never even heard of smoking until I went to Grillstock a few years ago then the bug hit! I started out with a really cheap brinkmann which I modified, it was fine for ribs but found it to hard to maintain temps for longer cooks so I've just bought a GMG pellet grill which I'm really happy with. If you've got any questions about anything just ask away someone will always answer, I've had loads of good advice which has helped me
