I run a school farm in Ampthill, we produce our own rare breed pork, lambs, chickens and turkeys. We are slowly involving the students and ourselves in producing more of our own artisan products. We have cured our own bacon made our own sausages and regularly BBQ them and sell them at lunch. We also have our own full size gas hog roaster and recently built our own cold smoker.
