Cardiff pitmaster

Ok, the pitmaster bit is tongue in cheek. I've got no experience of BBQ or smoking. A recent trip to Texas and the Salt Lick at Driftwood have ignited my taste buds.

A pro Q is an imminent purchase. Low and slow ribs, turkey, brisket, chicken, pork and fish are on the menu. I have some good butchers near which I like to support. I hope to be a regular poster. I love my forums :-).

Welcome from a fellow Cardiffian - you'll have to let me in on which butchers are good around here. The ones I've tried look at me blankly when I mention pork butts!!
