Howdy from Dublin

Howdy all,

Delighted to find this forum and learning lots of new tips. I'm 26, a bbq enthusiast, and hoping to start my first food company very soon utilising the BBQ to full affect! JUst back form a trip to SE Asia, where I got loads of inspiration and ideas fomr watching how fire is used in everyday life over there...Recently purchased Big Bob Gibsons BBQ book and It's a fantastic read to say the least :D

welcome where in se asia did you go i love thailand and learned to cook thai food there its a wonderful country. I also have been to laos and vietman both pretty and still relatively undiscovered. I have considering moving to thailand i love making tom yum soup http://www.thebarbecuemaster.net/tom-yum.html if you love bbq and spicy stuff you will love this soup add coconut milk and shrimp,while the soup is boiling i add frozen shrimp and asparagus and scallions and fresh mushrooms let me know if you try it

Hi I'm from Dublin also but living in Kent but I go back and forth quite a bit. Was thinking of starting something food related myself.
