Hi, Just signed up. Looking to replace my old kettle with something better equipped to barbecue rather than just grill.

Welcome! As you're from Bolton I'll be expecting some trotters . Can't wait until somebody from Westhoughton joins the forum. They'll have to smoke us a cow's head.

Er, you may not believe this, but I said Bolton because I didn't think anyone would know Howfen.
You want a cow's head smoking? Bring it round, and I'll use the gate it was stuck in to smoke it.
