G'day from South East Victoria in Australia

Thanks for having me.
Titch here ,been called that for about,50 odd years.
I was the runt of the litter.
Into BBQ with an obsession according to my better half,but she is happy to eat it though.
We cook with an offset,a couple of ketles and various odds and sods,low and slow spit roasting etc.
We have a bit of a go, at our own snags ,bacon and hams etc.( home hacked smoker cabinet )
Charcoal with a mix of beads and woods are the favoured fuels.
Anyhow need to pull some beef out of the smoker ,dinner awaits.

Welcome Titch. We met Australia's entrant to the World Championships 2 years ago in Tennessee.
