Hi Guys.

I'm Seth from Sunny Manchester.

Been grilling for a few years now, and bought a cheap offset last year which I had variable results with.

Took the plunge last night and got a reasonably prices Weber One Touch Premium last night which I have spent the day building up ready for my first cook on Thursday. A small pork shoulder, chicken and brisket are on the Menu!

Cheers.

Seth.

Hi Seth

Welcome to the forum. I'm not too far from you here in Stockport. Good to see proper BBQ growing in the North West.

Looking forward to some pics of your first cook.

Craig

Can't be as bad as Manchester!

I know that you can cook in all weather, but I want a normal day for my first one, as I know i will be out there most of the day with it satring at the thermometer!

Craig, nice to know theres another addict in the area, no doubt I'll be asking you good places to get wood from once my supply of plum tree has gone (had a hack at a neighbors over-hanging branches last year!).
