Hi there,

I've been meaning to get on here for a while but have only just got round to it. I've been cooking barbecue for almost a year for friends and family and do a little bit of it commercially through our Fire & Salt BBQ Co. brand. For me, its all about learning more and I've got along way to go before perfecting my cook, but I enjoy every cook I do.

Hello from a fellow Manc, although I live elsewhere now. I'd be interested in following any events you do incase incase they coincide with a visit back to the motherland so I can come and try it out

We're doing a street food event called Guerrilla Eats on the 23rd Feb and have a few more events lined up in the coming months - would be great to see you there!
