Hey folks,

Just wanted to introduce my team. We did our first competition @ Grillstock Bristol a couple of weeks ago, where I met loads of interesting people and teams. Some of which ive seen posting here, hello if we spoke at Grillstock

Next year I will hopefully get a bit more sleep once my team gets more competent and look less like a zombie

Im very keen on getting more into the UK BBQ scene so will be posting here loads and hopefully doing more comps

Cheers mate, yeah I couldn't have been more pleased with how we did, well apart from the pork - which cooked stupidly quickly and ended up being overcooked, I should just learn to trust my thermometer, not my watch

Its made me hungry for more tho, I cant remember having that much fun on a weekend for years
