Hi, I would like to say hello to you all and I am looking forward to sharing ideas.
I have recently finnished making my offset smoker and have had some good results, but I hope with your advice I can do better.

I am from Derby and would appreciate any recommendations for butchers.

Cheers for liking the smoker. I've been working with old gas bottles for years.

Have you attempted a brisket yet and would you inject it?
