Hello form North Wales.

Postby ian6760 » 25 Jun 2013, 11:37

Hello all.

Just found this forum and thought I'd join straight away instead of lurking in the shadows.

I've always been a fan of cooking outdoors with camping, days out in the forest and at the beach with the dog. I've also done a bit of slow cooking meat in a crock pot and thought I'd try doing the same on a BBQ. So here I am for some pointers.

Ian :D

P.S. I also love making stuff in my shed rather than buying the real thing and I'm in the process of making a mini homemade version of a Cobb BBQ. :ugeek:

A Welsh Womble? No insult trust me, Si (cyderpig) is our resident Bristol Womble concocting UDS & Cold Smokers from apparant junk with great sucess :D
Racks of Ruin (Phil) are sponsored by Cobb and he produces some fantastic food from his. Keep us updated there are some serious selfbuilders who need a fix now and again of other people's ideas 8-) :D
