Using a New Braunfels Hondo offset smoker so any tips welcome!!

There are a couple of locals who would, no doubt be more than willing to help. Might cost a pint or two of local zyder though. ;)
Welcome, you are in a great area, apparantly, for butchers and of course Grillstock next year in the harbour!!! Read, enjoy and above all have fun. :D

From memory there are a few BBQ restaurants in Brizzle. Something I will be investigating in the coming months.

I am over in Bath. Loads of very good meat suppliers in the local area.
