Hi all just thought I,d introduce myself. Been running a Hog roast and bbq business(Hot 'n' Fast) for a couple of years, but after visiting The Big BBQ in Canvey last year, then later going to Florida on holiday I've now got the bug to start cooking Low 'n' Slow.
