I've just started with smoking this year, I saw a Weber one touch in a shop and summer had just started, so I bought it on impulse and started looking online once I got home at what I could do with it. Came across some short rib recipes, stumbled on to Meatheads website, and never looked back!
I've been using a Smokenator and getting pretty good results, got myself a Maverick for monitoring temperatures, and then ended up buying a Thermapen... Just bit the bullet (see what I did there?) and bought a 57cm WSM this morning. If anyones thinking of buying one, now is definitely the time, I found them on Riverside for £300 delivered with a free cover!
Really looking forward to spending this weekend getting the new WSM seasoned up properly!
