Hello!

Postby Simple-BBQ » 03 Oct 2013, 20:31

So I thought I would introduce myself. I'm Dan and live in Hampshire. I've always enjoyed BBQ and started to get more serious over the last few years. I like to keep it simple and really enjoy smoking in my Weber kettle and a product I developed for it called the Barbecue Stacker.

I try to share my enjoyment of BBQ setting up a website and YouTube channel with basic help for those tired of blackened or raw BBQ. Constructive input always appreciated! The links are below or look for simplebbq on YouTube.

It's great to be here with so many experienced enthusiasts talking BBQ. :D

Welcome to the forum, hope you enjoy it.

Keith,

I had thought of adding a rotisserie feature and prototyped it that way. I was so over the moon with the way beer can chicken turned out that I didn't make it standard. Maybe one day I will add it, or someone can add their own.

The Stacker fits over the kettle base in the same way that the lid does. That keeps the heat in the barbecue and works more like the WSM now.

Anyway, good to be here!
