Hi there, my name is Chris and I love BBQ but I have just found the amazing low n slow method after eating at Bodeans in London.

I have just bought a cheap smoker/BBQ from asda as an entry to smoking BBQ and so far I am loving learning everything I can and taking it all in. I have yet to actually smoke anything because the smoker I bought is pretty low quality and I need to seal it better, although I am close to beginning this wonderful journey!

So hello to everyone and I hope this is the first post of many
