Hello Fellow BBQ'ers

Postby BBQ Kev » 12 Jan 2014, 17:08

Hi, im Kev from High Wycombe.

My uncle would do a BBQ a week undeterred by the weather when I was coming of age. It was mostly dark and somehow I'd be left alone to take care of business, but guess who got all the credit :P

A little seasoned in direct charcoal grilling, Id like to venture into the "low and slow" style of Q'ing and really grasp the science of it all!

Hi Kev, welcome to the forum!

Low n slow is a beautiful cross of science and art, like developing a photo in a darkroom. As much fun as it is tasty, you'll not regret venturing to the slow side!
