A little seasoned in direct charcoal grilling, Id like to venture into the "low and slow" style of Q'ing and really grasp the science of it all!

Low n slow is a beautiful cross of science and art, like developing a photo in a darkroom. As much fun as it is tasty, you'll not regret venturing to the slow side!

And the challenge becomes addictive which is why forums like this are a godsend - welcome.
