Hi, just joined forum yesterday after several visits. Must say its a good source of info and banter, well done guys! Ive got 2 questions for now if anyone can help:
1. Ive got a local woodland centre by me that I get good charcoal from and oak wood. They've also got sweet chestnut, anyone smoked with this? Was thinking of using it brisket.
2. Ive seen this book by BBQ revolution, its in PDF format has anyone read/recommend it?
