I have been enjoying the forum for sometime and felt I had better come clean and join.
I have just come back, about a year ago now, from living in the mountains above Madrid, Spain and if I needed british sausages, bacon or Smoked Salmon, I found it was easier to make it myself and considerably cheaper too.
I am back in the UK now and have brought my Traeger Texas Elite Pellet Grill, 2 x Bradley 6 Rack Digital Smokers and assorted PID's, Wireless thermometers etc., and a Sousvide cooker back with me.
As I work from home, and have plenty of excellent quality meat and fish available, I seem to spend more and more of my spare time curing, smoking and making charcuterie.
Look forward to finding out who is local to me.
