Hi
I hopefully will start having them all year round I just think BBQ s are so under rated in the uk and with the way family's are today it think they are a great opportunity to bring family's together and enjoy the food from the BBQ and just have a great time so I'm really looking forward to learning the different methods of BBQing hopefully il find some help on here

Yes lots of very helpful and experienced folk on here. I think it's fair to say some of them took up low n slow to escape the family ;)

No wife likes the Maverick thermometer alarm at 3am either.....

Welcome dude and hope we can inspire. I have gone from the odd summer Q, with the regular fare, to feeding 30+ happy guests after cooking through a snowy night. I now rarely go a weekend with smoking something for me, the family or even some lucky builders over the last 12 months.

Couldn't agree more with the wife not loving the maverick alarm at 3am

I only started last April/May but always look forward to my next cook
