I'm a keen Griller looking to expand my cooking skills. Being a British Jamaican, my speciality is Jamaican Jerk which I've perfected over the last 4 years.
2014 is my year of grilling the flavours of the world which I'm going to blog about. I've already started with my own Jerk marinade with Lamb Mechoui from Morocco the next on the menu.
Any suggestions on marinades, sauces and rubs from around the world would be of great help
