Hi all,
My name is Greig and although a Scot by birth I have been happily living the dream in South Wales for the last 30 years.

I've been a keen barbecuer for all of that time and have recently started experimenting with slow cooking and smoking. I currently use a Weber 57cm kettle which has produced some fantastic results so far on pork butts, chicken and lamb. I am thinking of purchasing my first smoker and would appreciate any comments on the Brinkmann smoke and grill. Is this a logical step up from the kettle or just a different way of doing the same thing? Any help, tips and guidance greatly appreciated.
Cheers
