My wife and I are buying our first home and I really want to get a good BBQ.
I've grown up on my dads charcoal BBQs, so am keen to go down this route and not gas. I saw this Weber model (http://www.johnlewis.com/weber-smokey-m ... ck/p721709), which appealed to the meat lover in me as I love the taste of smokey meat.
This may sound like a really dumb and obvious question, but would anyone know if this model would allow me to do regular bbqs (i.e. cooking sausage, steak, lamb in a normal time) as well as smoking meat over a longer period of time (10 hours +).
I dont want to buy the wrong thing and end up only with a smoker that tooks a long time to cook everything?
