Posted: 27 Apr 2014, 09:55Hi all, from sunny Shoebury (sunny? It was at about 8am today but its gone rapidly downhill since then!).
So I'm new to charcoal bbq but have recently bought a billy basic Weber charcoal. My last couple of BBQ's were cheap-o gas one's so I've gotta learn a whole new level of bbq-ing now! (if the weather, my kids, work and my missus ever let me!
Also in the rather slow process of landscaping the garden....
Anyways, looking forward to learning more here and taking part along the way.
