newbie from bath

Hay all newbie to all this forum Stuff. been bbq'ing for years but as of next week I will be getting down low and slow built my first uds. Burnt it out last night will be painting it in the week ready for next weekend. I will be upload some photos open to comments.

Hi & welcome, I'm also new to the forum and to proper low and slow cooking, but definitely looking forward to the results! ...hope all goes well with your project!

Already have tickets and I'm a regular visitor to there restaurant in Bristol. Looking forward to the bath one opening soon

I have seen the pics on Facebook. I didn't rate the St Nicks Market one at all, but the one on the Triangle was much better.
