Long time griller here, I consider myself adequate with any grill. I have recently discovered that there is far more.
I've just bought a WSM, and have spent my first weekend with it, with mixed results. I'm hoping for some inspiration, and tips from this place. Good to see Britain has a BBQ society!
I have a lot of questions. I'll try not to ask them all at one time
