Hello Everyone,
I'm just in the process of buying a smoker after years of direct heat grilling and BBQing. I'll be using my smoker for personal use and also for events where I currently just use my gas BBQ for cooking. Any hints and tips will be appreciated. I think I'm going for a Weber Smokey Mountain as there's a waiting list on the Pro Q excel & the Weber also seems to be getting the best reviews...
