Hi all,

I'm new to smoking currently using a cheap char-broil deluxe style smoker,

I have been having some good results from her , well now I have changed to Big K ACH15.

I am thinking about doing a small brisket next, can anyone suggest a good butcher around swindon area?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I think there are a few Swindon based members from what I have seen so I am sure someone will help you out.

Hi & welcome, it's good to have another local smoker!

For our meats we use Andrews over in Marlborough, although they also have a shop over on Highworth if that's closer for you.
