Came across this site when looking to setup my smoker, seems like a great resource for tips and advice.

I have a generic bullet type smoker as my first step, looking forward to creating some great smoked bbq grub! Am also interested in cold smoking ideas.

I also have a Billy Oh gas bbq that produces some great food in all weathers! Not just summer!
