hello, iv just baught myself a webber one tough premium for my 20th birthday present to myself so look forward tobrowsing the forum and taking advantage of all of the knowledge on here. plan on cooking my first low and slow pork shoulder this weekend!

Hey Tom

Welcome to the forum. I'm fairly new around here myself but I've already learned alot.

On that note, make sure that you ask for the correct type of pork shoulder to smoke as here in the UK they don't class it as the same as the pork butt in the US. You've got to ask for a collar or a neck end, and apparently a good butcher will know what that is :)
