Hi, I have just bought a new Kamado and was looking for some advice on cooking on it. I was thinking of doing a brisket but am not sure which cut of meat I am buying.

Welcome to the forum. A brisket is a pretty tricky piece of meat to start with so good on you.
Any decent butcher will know what you want just try to get the point end of the meat as it tends to be a bit thinker.
