Bit of a foody and have loved BBQ for years, I used to use my uncles stone BBQ with grape vine wood he'd bring back from France each year. Unfortunately since those days ive been using a gas BBQ and miss the authentic taste you get from charcoal/wood...
So I've just purchased myself a ProQ Frontier to have a go at smoking. It arrived today but unfortunately the courier had dinged it quite badly so have to wait for a replacement
