I'm based near bath and I've been BBQing religiously for about 2 years now, built a UDS last year which was one of the best decisions I ever made, currently building a home made temperature controller which should up the game a bit. Cheers JEC. Well Mk1 of the controller is literately just being lashed together with cheap parts from eBay so I can start recording results, Mk 2 onwards however will hopefully be awesome
